1. Who is our client - Entire M
Entire M is a textile company with a 40-year tradition (formerly under the name Helikon-Tex), now the home of the Helikon-Tex and Direct Action brands. It currently employs about 350 people. Entire M’s goal is growth and ecology, so they reached out for help calculating emissions directly to Plan Be Eco, wanting not only to receive a result but also to educate themselves in ESG. The choice of PBE was driven by: clarity of responses, open communication, a human factor combined with technology, patience for potential-client questions.
2. The problem they wanted to solve
Entire M is aware that the carbon footprint is a new indicator by which every organization will be assessed. The company will be subject to sustainability reporting obligations from 2025 and is already taking steps to meet this future responsibility. Ecology, expressed also through this indicator, is their strategic goal.
3. Why did they choose to cooperate with Plan Be Eco?
For the second sustainability report, the client was looking for a partner who would support them particularly in Scope 3 of the carbon footprint, and above all, one with experience in the textile industry.
4. Scope of cooperation
Entire M needed support in calculating the company’s carbon footprint in Scope 1, 2, 3 (with two brands), preparing a report compliant with the GHG Protocol, developing a decarbonization strategy, calculating carbon footprint reductions, and advising on data collection.
5. Results of the work
Thanks to the analysis performed by Plan Be Eco, Entire M gained a complete picture of emissions related to its operations. The process took about 3 weeks. Entire M’s carbon footprint amounted to 27,797 t CO₂e. Using the Plan Be Eco tool brought huge time savings. Knowing the level of emissions will allow for consistently building competitive advantage.
